Livestock Delivery Information

Coral and Inverts Delivery Policy

Shipping and packing.

Once you've placed your order, and payment is confirmed, we will then be in contact with you to arrange a suitable delivery day. We do not send out anything without arranging a delivery date with you.

We only ship to Mainland England and Wales. Shipping to the EU, Scotland and Northern Ireland is not available.

After we have agreed on a date on which the corals can be received, they will then be sent out on a 'next day, before a 12noon' delivery service. This service is trackable.

Shipments will be sent on Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Charges for delivery

  • Tuesday to Friday before 12noon - £14.95 APC Courier  
  • Saturday delivery option - £29.95

Packing

All corals and inverts are shipped bagged, they are then placed within an eco-friendly insulated box and in most cases will be accompanied with a heat pack dependent upon weather conditions.

We have selected fully recyclable packaging, insulation is compostable and other items are recyclable.

Receiving your order

All deliveries must be signed for on the first attempt so please ensure someone is available to receive them. Failure to accept them on the first attempt will void the DOA policy.

Dead On Arrival Policy

 We are obviously dealing with live animals and in the unfortunate event that your coral arrives dead please follow the steps below.

Please send a photo of the animal within its original packaging, still sealed, where this can be clearly identified within 1 hour of signing for the package.

We cannot take responsibility for the animal once it has entered your Aquarium.

Once a DOA has been confirmed, a refund for the cost of the animal or credit will be offered on a future purchase.

Shipping and packing fees are non-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses, courier delays or shipping errors 

Returns will not be accepted.

Delicate skeletal construction corals

Whilst we will take great care to pack your coral there is likely to be some breakage during transportation. We cannot be held responsible for this.
