PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS
Information displayed on this site relating to pricing is subject to change by us without notice, but those on the site at the time of any order placed will be the prices applicable to that order.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or at all.
We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavors to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
However, where the correct price of the goods is less than our stated price, we may (at our discretion) continue with your order and charge the lower amount on dispatch. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs. 
Delivery costs will be charged as displayed on the shopping site.  Orders over £49.99 will qualify for free APC next day delivery within mainland UK (some postcodes are be excluded) except Saturday option. Some large items will be sent at our discretion due to cost. The correct shipping option must be selected if drop shipping or shipping is outside of mainland UK.

A Saturday delivery option is available and orders must be placed before 12.00pm on a Friday. (not including bank holidays).  We will contact you if there is a problem with the goods ordered being available.

Delivery service timescales are a guide as our courier service will deliver the goods. It is not a guaranteed service although most arrive as determined. We will book and pay for the service requested on your order.  We will not refund shipping costs if a delay is caused by something that is out of our control. Any damage to items or packaging must be reported to us with photo evidence.

Perishable items e.g. frozen food will only be sent using a next day service and not sent on a Friday.  Frozen food is packed using thermal packaging and a frozen block.  A minimum frozen food order value must be £15 due to packaging costs. Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of the recorded delivery time on the day of receipt at the delivery address.

If a delivery is requested to be left in a safe place it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure it is made known to us and for it to be safe/secure.  Any loss will be the responsibility of the customer not the courier or All Things Aquatic.

IOM shipping timescales will be longer than stated as Post Office services are used.

Typically the post codes below will be on a 3-5 day service or Royal Mail tracked 48 (we will choose) and an extra charge maybe required for postcodes below, we will confirm before shipping.  In most cases we selected a shipping provider that can prevent the need for additional cost.

Next day service is not guaranteed to any address in Scotland, this is due to delivery vans needing to link up which is not 100% possible and outside of our control. The courier states next day is not a guaranteed service anywhere in the UK. In our experience most parcels are delivered next day.

Please be aware that certain product items (such as the larger DIY Net Covers and Lighting Rails over 1.5M once packed), may be considered as ‘Non-Conveyable Items’, and require an additional postage charge due to the specifications of our Couriers (This is due to the size and weight of the items ordered). These products are NOT included in the ‘Free Delivery on Dry Goods Over £50' offer, and upon purchasing will be charged the ‘Non-Conveyable’ Delivery rate, even if the cost of the goods exceeds the minimum charge for Free Delivery. We may decide at our discretion to reduce the delivery timescale and use an alternative courier to reduce the extra cost involved.
