The Aqua-Pro Reef aquarium range has been professionally designed for today’s reef-keepers. These systems are suitable for beginners right through to those at the cutting edge of the hobby and combines practicality with a modern premium finish. The design allows for marine hobbyists to choose and add their own equipment, building a bespoke sump-based saltwater system which is tailored to their own methods, taste, experience and budget.

Aqua-Pro Reef aquariums are made from ultra clear low iron glass and include a host of features as standard including central overflow weir, multi-chambered sump, top up reservoir and full pipework set.
Aquarium
Constructed from crystal clear, low iron high clarity glass, the aquarium features a braceless design, producing a clean and modern display with easy access for maintenance.
The Aqua-Pro Reef 1500 is 60cm high giving a large viewing area and a manageable depth to the aquarium without looking top heavy.
An internal weir box can become an unattractive focal point in any aquarium, dictating aquascaping and interrupting flow patterns inside the tank. The central weir box has been carefully designed to minimise intrusion into the aquarium and allow a clear view into the aquarium from three sides.
Incorporated into the weir the twin pipe overflow system allows almost silent running whilst a large comb on three sides of the weir box allows the maximum amount of waterflow without raising the water height in the aquarium.

AquaFrame Cabinet
The Aqua-Pro Reef cabinets are manufactured and built for D-D in the U.K to ensure a consistent high quality. With a modern sleek design, the cabinets enhance the look of the aquarium as well as being a complimentary piece of furniture for your room.
Each cabinet is delivered pre-assembled in a choice of seven standard finishes and four premium gloss or matt laminate finishes. All come complete with soft close hinges that are fully adjustable and have a quick release mechanism. This allows the doors to be aligned in three directions and easily removed for full access into the cabinet for maintenance. To retain the clean style and contemporary looks the cabinets are fitted with push open mechanisms so no handles are needed.
With larger aquariums comes more weight so the 1500mm cabinets are fitted as standard with an integrated metal frame. This is made from aircraft grade aluminium section which is cut and fastened together with special custom stainless steel brackets and high strength rivets.
The AquaFrame system allows you to future-proof your aquarium by enabling you to change the cabinet colours at any time, to match a change in decor, without buying a brand new cabinet.
The back of the cabinet has large openings to allow room for any pipes, cables, etc to be passed through and the open interior provides as much space as possible for equipment.

Sump
The Aqua-Pro Reef 1500 comes with a multi chamber sump that has adjustable height baffles and a freshwater top up reservoir.
To suit as many different filtration options as possible the Aqua-Pro Reef 1500 sump not only has separate sections but also adjustable baffles. These allow water heights to be customised and changed as needed. This can be especially useful if setting up a refugium where you may want to run a deeper water depth than is normally offered or want to set the perfect running height for your protein skimmer without having to use stands or messy solutions to raise the unit off the bottom of the sump. Simply loosen the two fixings slightly, slide the baffle to the desired height and then tighten back up. This is easy to do even with the aquarium running and no tools are required.
