Dr Tim's First Defence contains a mixture of vitamins and immunostimulants that work together to help fish and other aquatic organisms adapt and cope when introduced to new environments and stress that can occur with poor water quality conditions. Use Dr Tim's first defence to ease transportation stress and environmental changes when adding new livestock to your reef. Dr TIms first defence can increase the levels of success when introducing new fish and other introductions to your reef aquarium. Stress is one of the biggest promotors of ill health in fish reduce this risk factor with first defence.

First Defence also neutralizes chlorine and chloramine, buffers against pH changes and detoxifies heavy metals. First Defence should be used when doing partial water changes, during disease treatments and when fish are showing signs of stress.
